How can I return my order?

If you have changed your mind about the purchase, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days counted from the date of delivery of the parcel to you. To get started, please inform us about your decision by sending a scan of the Statement of Withdrawal to info@ethamoss.com. Once we confirm your right to a refund, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. As a next step, please attach the previously completed Statement to the package and send it to our studio to the address provided in the e-mail received from us. Please fill in the shipping address carefully, as shipments sent to an address other than the one provided in the e-mail will not be refundable.

Who pays for the returns?

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Etha Moss Online Store will refund the cost of your order, i.e. the price of the product and shipping costs to you. If you return all products from your order, we will refund you the entire cost of your order. If you return part of your order, we will refund you the costs proportional to the shipping costs from us to you. If the shipping amount for part of the returned products is the same as for the entire order, we will only refund you the costs associated with the price of the product. Return shipping costs remain on your side.

When will I receive my refund?

We will refund your payment within 14 days from the date of notification that your shipment has been delivered to us. If you do not receive a refund within this time, please contact us. The form of return depends on the payment method chosen when placing the order. If you do not accept the return, we will contact you by e-mail or phone. In the case of foreign payment by bank transfer, please send your account number and BIC/SWIFT code to the following e-mail address: info@ethamos.com. A package without a return form is a package that is difficult for us to identify. Due to the limited traceability of such a shipment, the 14-day return period might not apply.
